Confirmation
What is Confirmation?
Confirmation is a rite of initiation in the Christian Church. Classes leading up to Confirmation help youth to learn about the basics of the Christian Faith, the history and beliefs of the Episcopal Church, and the importance of Faith and Christian character. Confirmation itself consists of the affirmation of your baptismal vows. It is a public declaration that you know you are God’s beloved child and that you have a duty to serve others.
Who can attend Youth Confirmation Classes?
Anyone between the ages of 12 and 18 (grades 7 – 12) are able to attend classes and eventually be Confirmed.
When is Confirmation Class this year?
Confirmation Classes will be on Sunday mornings, from 10:00am to 11:30am. The Location is To be Announced.
